State investigation confirmed that police fatal shooting of Andrew Brown Jr. was justified
The fatal police shooting of Andrew Brown Jr. was found justified, a state investigation established this week and no one of North Carolina sheriff’s deputies will face criminal charged, prosecution said Tuesday.
According to District Attorney Andrew Womble after reviewing all bodycams videos and ruled that Brown "drove recklessly and endangered the officers" and "used his vehicle as a deadly weapon" while attempting to resist arrest, he said.

"Mr. Brown's death, while tragic, was justified," Womble said.
