Senator Sanders says Biden should be impartial but "not simply supplying weapons to kill children in Gaza"
Democrat Biden's international politics sparked resentment among influential senators, including socialist Bernie Sanders, who said the US needed to be pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian alike.
"I think the United States has got to develop an even-handed approach to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict," Sanders said on CBS' Face the Nation Sunday". "We have to be pro-Israel, but we have to be pro-Palestinian. And I hope and believe the president understands that."
Earlier, Biden authorized the sale of super-powerful missiles to Israel to suppress the Palestinians. Most of the Palestinian women were armed with stones and sticks, while at the same time fighting off the professional Israeli army.
Among other things, Israel managed to convince world leaders that they are fighting against the terrorist group Hamas, and not exterminating the Palestinian population in Israel.
The fighting between Palestine and Israel killed more than 240 people, a quarter of whom were children.
"This last series of attacks killed 64 children and destroyed a large part of the infrastructure of Gaza in a community that has already been one of the most uninhabitable territories in the world."
After the warring parties managed to find a common language and stop firing, mass fights and attacks on Jewish communities began in New York. Several dozen people were arrested. One of the videos shows pro-Palestinian protesters using fireworks against Jews.
The US president, who gave the green light to bombing Palestine, is now channeling colossal funds to help Palestine, trying to hush up the damage done by Israel.
