A new shocking video captured a moment of a black man shooting at two Puerto Ricans in Chicago. The presumably surveillance video begins with a group of black people near a car with a Puerto Rican flag parked at the sidewalk, piling over two Hispanic looking individuals.

The incident took place at about 9:15 p.m. on recently signed Juneteenth holiday the same day the Puerto Ricans celebrated Puerto Rican People’s Day in Chicago.

The couple was ambushed in the 3200 block of West Division Street. At one moment, the group disperses and one of the black individuals, a man wearing a white undershirt pulls out a gun and opens fire at the man bending over a woman already lying on the ground.

A moment later, a camera zooms in to show the wounded man rolls back with blood flowing down his face.

It is unclear what exactly triggered the brawl.

The 24-year old male victim reportedly died at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center while the 25-year-old woman was rushed to Stroger Hospital, where she remains in critical condition.
