Video captured an awkward moment Kamala Harris forced to remind Biden of deadly Florida building collapse and his unbelievable response

Video captured an awkward moment VP Kamala Harris reminds President Biden of the tragedy in Surfside, Florida. And President’s response was just unbelievably awful.

On Thursday, while delivering a White House event and talking to the journalists about the American infrastructure and more, the president was going to end up and leave when Kamala Harris had to come up to him and nearly whispered to his ear reminding of Florida.

"Florida, yeah," Harris is heard saying in the video, according to a Friday report from the New York Post.

Biden apologized for dropping the subject out of his absent mind and thanked “Madam Vice President” for the reminder.

And here is what he said.

"We are on top of it," the president insisted. "We are ready to move, from the federal resources, immediately — immediately, if, in fact, we're asked for it."

"FEMA is down there taking a look at what's needed, including from, everything from — if the rest of those buildings have to be evacuated as well, finding housing for those people, making sure they have the capacity to both have a place to — to shelter, and food to eat, et cetera."

"I made it clear that I say to the people of Florida, whatever help you want that the federal government can provide, we're waiting," he promised. "Just ask us; we'll be there. We'll be there."

Ask? Really? The people in need, who lost their shelter and some of them lost or uncounted their family members, have to ask the government for help by themselves? Presumably, nothing is going to happen until the people who suffered in the disaster come to Mr. President with hats in their hands. Is that what Biden means?

As of now, five people were confirmed dead and more than 150 people are still missing while the rescue operation is continuing.
