A Boston teenager arrested for breaking into a Norfolk farm and raping a horse. It was caught on camera.

19-year-old Jackson Z. Kelley of Allston has been charged with sexual contact with an animal, breaking and entering, and cruelty to animals.

Kelley turned himself into police on Tuesday morning.

The surveillance video shows the moment when Kelley breaks into the Turner Hill Equestrian Center in Norfolk on July 15. The most disturbing moment of the footage is when the teen sexually assaults a horse.

Despite of the fact that the animal was left unharmed in the result of this inappropriate act, the stable owner Hillary Swarr says she was shocked by what happened.

Swarr were aware of the assault after the surveillance system alerted her.

“I look at this person as a sexual predator. It’s a threat to a very small community where a lot of people feel extremely violated and rightfully so,” Swarr told the Herald.

Kelley was arraigned in Wrentham District Court and has a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Friday, according to the spokesperson for the Norfolk District Attorney.
