2 dead kids inside car have been found during traffic stop in Baltimore
Routine traffic stops have identified the suspect in the death of two children, 7 and 5 years old. A 33-year-old woman was driving along the main Essex road with the corpses of her nephew and niece, who had been dead for a long time.
Initially, the reason for stopping traffic was that the car was not insured and had problems with registration. The car was supposed to be towed, but the women in front of the officers threw out the fetid parcels.
When one of the officers saw maggots, he removed the wrapper and saw a dead child.
The incident took place on Friday. The woman was identified as Nicole Johnson of Maryland. The victims, 7-year-old Joshlyn Johnson and 5-year-old Larry O'Neil, were inside trash bag.
The officers sent the bodies of the children to the chief medical examiner’s office, where they would later establish the exact cause of death of the babies.
“A statement of probable cause said the severely decomposed body of the girl was found to weigh just 18 pounds. The boy was only 21 pounds at the time of his autopsy,” reports The Epoch Times.
At the moment, additional details of the incident were not disclosed.
Johnson faces multiple charges, including first degree child abuse that resulted in the deaths of children under the age of 13.
