Riots that broke out in New York at a protest in honor of the deceased in a shootout with the police, almost led to a tragedy. A group of aggressive rioters surrounded a police car with several officers and doused the van with gasoline.

BLM and Antifa gangsters took to the streets on behalf of 24-year-old Mike Rosado, who tried to shoot a police officer but died when the police officer returned fire.

This time, an angry crowd tried to tear down the established barriers. The video shows dozens of distraught BLM members.

“While protesting, the group began to push barricades into the officers protecting the precinct as well as throw eggs at a marked police van. An individual with the group then proceeded to douse the van—which was occupied—with gasoline,” the police said.

In the appeal, the police said that an investigation and clarification of the identities of the suspects who attacked the officers were underway.

“The investigation to identify the individual pouring the gasoline is underway & he could face state and/or federal charges for his actions,” NYPD added.
