BREAKING: California voting machines have already stolen votes and are only returning them on request
The West San Fernando Valley voting machines were initially set up to give all registered residents all votes for Gavin Newsom. Hundreds of residents, spinning to the polling station, found that they had already voted, although they were at the vote for the first time.
Literally, if a person did not come in person to drop the ballot, then the voting machine will do it for him.
When the electoral fraud scheme was exposed, several polling stations temporarily stop operating, citing an equipment issue. Dozens of voters were outraged, claiming they were barred from voting.
The widespread fraud became known to the main opponent of Gavin Newsom, Larry Elder. The day before the vote began, Elder stated that fraud in the results of the California recall election "resulting in Governor Gavin Newsom being reinstated as governor is already emerging."
A week before the elections, Donald Trump announced that recall elections in California are already rigged.

The first attempts to influence the voting results were made in late August, when California residents began to receive perforated envelopes for mail voting.
Many then raised a fuss about the fact that if a person voted against Newsom, it would be visible through the hole in the envelope.
