Atlanta correction officer wearing a dress pistol-whipped and had his dog stolen by a man he picked
A federal correction officer, wearing a dress, was pistol-whipped and his dog was stolen in the incident that was caught on camera.
The victim, whose name was not revealed, himself invited the man who then assaulted and robbed him to his car and then to his apartment, the reports said.
The incident took place in Atlanta. The suspect reportedly was targeting trans community in the area, as the victim was wearing a dress at the moment when they met.
“I drove down Peachtree and he was walking down Peachtree,” said the victim, who wished to remain anonymous. “He flagged me down and I pulled over. I thought I knew him, but I didn’t. Then we got into conversation.”
When in the apartment, the suspect excused himself and went to the bathroom, he soon returned with a gun in his hand.
“He came out the bathroom and put the gun to my face and told me to get on the ground,” the victim recalled. “As I was going to the ground, we tussled but then he slung the gun away from me and started hitting me with it.”
The victim attempted to escape and rushed outside. Meanwhile, the robber didn’t invent nothing better than to snatch the victim’s 5-month-old pit bull puppy.
As the result of the attack, the federal correction officer suffered four facial fractures and had seven stitches.
"I think he is going to do it again. I just hope he’s not dumb enough to do it here again because now I’m ready for him," the victim warned.
