Woman arrested for beating Capitol officer with baseball bat

The insane woman was detained by the Capitol police for assaulting an officer. She reportedly approached him and then hit him several times with a baseball bat.
According to Fox News Capitol Hill reporter Chad Pergram says the woman approached the Capitol from the West Front and "assumed a batting stance" and then tried to strike officers.
A bag was put on the suspect's head to protect the officers, one of whom was bitten by a woman. Also, this device protects officers from spitting.
The woman's name and mental health is unknown.
