A woman and her four grandchildren were found fatally shot inside their home in California.
The grim discovery was made in the city of Lancaster, A Los Angeles County. The children’s mother found her four killed children, including an infant, around 10:30 p.m.
The deputies responded to the 911 call reporting of the grandmother suffering a gunshot wound to her torso. When they arrived, they also found the children with the same injuries.
Three boys and a girl were pronounced dead at the scene.
Later the same day, 29-year-old Germarcus David, who is the father of all four kids, turned himself into police. The deputies of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office questioned him for several hours before charging him multiple counts of homicide.
David is being held on $2 million bail.
