Video shows a shirtless man sneaks into a convenience store to fatally shoot three teens in Texas

A man killed three teenagers at a Texas convenience store in the incident that was caught on surveillance camera.

The disturbing video from the city of Garland, Texas, shows a shirtless man stalking toward the door of the store and then pulls out his gun before opening fire at four teenagers inside. After the shooting, the suspect got into a white pickup truck and sped away.

Three of the victims, 14,15, and 17, died at the scene. The fourth victim, a 15-year-old teen was reported seriously wounded. He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he remains in critical condition.

 A 14-year0old suspect was late apprehended by Garland police but then was released and police said he was still at large.

On Monday, 33-year-old Richard Acosta, who is believed to be the driver, turned himself in to the police and was charged with capital murder of three persons.

“Now he still remains a person of interest, but there is information that leads to believe someone else may have pulled the trigger,” said Garland Police spokesperson Lt. Pedro Barineau according to KTVT-TV.
