A food delivery driver rescues a toddler wandering on the cold street in Detroit
A DoorDash driver rescued a child wandering alone in nothing but a diaper a socks on Sunday morning in Michigan.
The salvation took place on 8 Mile Road in Detroit, Michigan. The driver, Robert Jackson III was saw the kid walking along the road while driving by.
He immediately stopped, picked up the toddler, and place him inside his car where he wrapped him up in his coat.
Jackson also reportedly flagged down another vehicle and asked the driver to call 911. Afterward he and the child were waiting for the cops to arrive.
Detroit police officers arrived and determined that the child walked outside of his family home at the time when his 16-year-old sibling was babysitting him.
Jackson was being credited for rescuing the child and he was gals himself to help him. The kid was taken to a hospital to be checked out.
