The racist drivers in SF Bay Area are getting off scot-free.
Sandra Lee was driving with her family, when an angry driver opened her window, flipped Lee the bird and then shouted racial slurs at her on May 29th. The incident happened at half moon bay.
The unidentified driver was driving in the wrong lane while trying to make a right while Lee was had a green light while going straight, Lee said on her Facebook page, where you can look at the video showing the incident.
"It's been a very stressful couple of days for our family. I remember going through tough times in my single years but..." said Lee.

This is not the first racial case of road rage that has appeared on the Bay Area’s roads. On May 21st of this year Korean-American Air Force veteran James Ahn posted on his Facebook, that a woman had called him and “ugly Chinese” and then told him to go back to China. Here’s the video, which shows only a part of the whole incident.
Perhaps, he was simply not fast enough for her. Apparently, she was in a hurry.
“I was driving at the posted speed limit of 35mph, but she wanted me to move out of her way cause she was speeding,” Ahn said.
The Fremont police department investigated this case and spoke to both parties. They determined there was no crime.
We investigated this yesterday and spoke to both parties. While only 8 sec. of video is available, it was determined that both parties yelled hurtful comments to one another during their argument. It was documented as a misc. public service as no crime could be established.

Not everyone agrees with the police conclusion, however. You can tell us what you think on Twitter.
