NORTH CAROLINA — June 8, 2018

The police accused NC's resident Ricky Lee Adami, 59, with distributing food containing noxious materials at the Primo Pizza restaurant. A restaurant manager spotted him on the scene and called to 911.

The manager noticed some substance while mixing the cheese and decided to look up surveillance footage to determine which employee had prepared the topping.

The police aren't sure what kind of substances Adami has put into the food, but they think it could be rat poison. It is just known, that Adami was studying organic chemistry in his spare time.

Fortunately, no contaminated cheese was served to customers.

Adami is in custody Cumberland County Detention Center on a $100,000 secured bond. In 1980 and 1990, he had been convicted of multiple crimes. Among those: burning a public building, multiple DUI convictions, and multiple breakings.
