New evidence on the crash of a Boeing MN17 exposes the false investigation of Ukraine and other special services
A new documentary, created jointly by Yana Yerlashova and independent Dutch investigator Max van der Werff, revealed that Ukrainian investigators and their partners deliberately concealed the reasons for the plane crash. The mere fact of the refusal to join the Malaysian investigative brigade is a direct violation during the conduct of this investigation.
The 28-minute film “MH17 - Call For Justice” contains an interview with The Prime Minister of Malaysia. Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, testimony from Colonel Mohamad Sakri, words from eyewitnesses to the moment of the plane crash, professional sound examination of negotiations between rebels.
After the Netherlands and Australia officially declared that Russia was responsible for the crash of the Boeing MN17, The Prime Minister said: "They are not really looking at the causes of the crash and who was responsible, but already they have decided, that it must be Russia. We cannot accept that kind of attitude."
After the official ban on the inclusion of the Malaysian investigation team into a general investigation, Malaysia made an emergency decision to secretly send a small group of investigators, led by Colonel Mohamad Sakri, to the scene.
Sakri was able to reach the crash site only after 2 days. And he had to cooperate with the leadership of the rebels in order to gain access to the evidence that was promptly taken from the crash site. According to Colonel Sakri, the FBI and the Ukrainian government demanded that they be given “black boxes”, but they received only a refusal.
The rebel leader Borodai, who handed over the "black boxes" from the crash site to the Malaysian investigators, only said “Why are you so late?”, Hinting that it may already be too late to find the causes of the crash and that they will now be unavailable or even destroyed by foreign intelligence services.
Dr. Elmar Guemulla, Honorary Professor of Aviation Law shared the opinion that excluding Malaysia from the investigation is a direct violation of the law, that this fact that Malaysia’s absence in the investigative actions should cast doubt on all the results of the investigation.
Malaysian journalists immediately noticed a bias towards Russia in the words of the media and in the words of official representatives who gave interviews about the tragedy.
"Why did the West insist on us handing over the materials? We could have conducted the investigation here. We could have conducted in a very transparent manner, if really want to show your unbiased hold it in a neutral country," said Jonathan Edward, Malaysian journalist.
The first telephone conversations between the rebels, which were posted on the network and presented by the investigation as evidence, turned out to be fake. Therefore, even if all the other telephone conversations are genuine, they still cannot be fully regarded as “truthful” due to the fact that the original data were created artificially to put Russia or the rebels in a frame, and not those who are really guilty.
At the press conference, Wilbert Paulissen stated that Ukraine was the only source of phone taps of the rebels, while the rebels denied that these conversations took place on the dates indicated by the SSU, also indicating that they were not complete (edited), and in support of his words he I suggested that the SSU provide billing data on the location of the phones being tapped.
Malaysian experts verified the authenticity of the recordings, and it turned out that this was a montage of various parts and different conversations.
"I can see the difference of the noise and I also can see they basically some kind of merging of an audio", said Akash Rosen, Senior Digital Forensic investigator of OG IT Forensic Services.
The idea of audio verification came from a German independent journalist, Billy Six, who also conducted an examination 3 years ago and she also identified multiple editors and could not be considered evidence.
- "You used electronic microscope to check alien fragments for metal remnants and glass remnants, how many impact holes in the wreckage itself did you check with such kind of electronic microscope?"
- "That is too specific question to answer now
The Dutch investigators did not rush to collect the remains of the aircraft, it took more than four months to collect a small part of them, with a huge amount of debris still in the crash zone that locals collect from time to time. Arriving at the crash site after 1 year, the locals showed large parts of the destroyed aircraft that had “specific” damage and clearly needed for research. The local mayor spoke out against an independent investigation, apparently fearing for himself, if evidence is found that refutes the “main version” of the investigation and exposes the real perpetrators, the Geman journalist who accompanied the official clearly showed no interest in the investigation. Later, the mayor was dismissed from his post.
The testimony of witnesses disagree with the "Basic Version" of the investigation. Valentina Kovalenko claims that she was at the time of the launch of the rocket on the street and saw the direction from which Boeing was attacked. Kovalenko pointed in the direction of the village of Stepanovka, which at that time was under the occupation of Ukrainian troops. The official version adheres that the blow was dealt from a completely different side.
Studying the materials presented by the investigation, which reconstructed the alleged route of the guns that allegedly shot down the plane, Max van der Werff noticed in the photograph the silhouette of a man in the window and found him. A resident of the house said that the redeployment of military weapons and a plane crash occurred on different days.
Stefan Beck, Dutch independent journalist, after official statement, which said "the area where the plane came down is too dangerous to do any serious investigations." After such statements Beck decided to visit Donetsk and talk with Military Air Traffic Controller of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who said that "Kiev had misinformed the investigation about the military Radar not working on the day of the crash".
Evgeny Volkov, former Air Traffic Controller of the Ukrainian Air Force, He said, “Ukraine had all the information” and that 3 Radars were located in Chuguev and that military aircraft flew from there. It becomes obvious that the Ukrainian authorities deliberately subjected civilian aircraft and passengers on board to lethal danger, the question arises of the involvement of the country's top leadership in the crash itself.
