Panic fear of weapons: School officials remove an innocent student from school
Nate Myers was suspended from school due to a video posted on a social network in which he filmed shooting at targets. Under the US Constitution and Rally for Our Rights, the Myers family has the full legal right to fire. But even the Constitution is powerless before frightened officials.
But on the same day, the police received a complaint against Nate Myers. According to the police, they were informed of the threat.
Upon returning home, Justine and Nate Myers were met by the police, accusing them of creating a threat to society, but after watching the “evidence”, I mean the video, the officers came to the conclusion that there was no threat and everything happened within the framework of the current legislation.
Problems started the next day. The leadership of Loveland High School in Loveland, Colorado, where Nate is studying, informed Justine that her son was suspended from school until September 5 due to an alleged threat.
It is reported that the police did not find any corpus delicti and in fact, this decision is legal, but baseless. Since Nate Myers is likely to be a victim of emergency cheating.
It is known that a hearing on the admission of a 16-year-old teenager to school will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m.
Lawyers also agree that the school showed unnecessary panic, and their student was the victim.
