Police arrested a 12-year-old schoolgirl who posted a "death list" on the social media
A Florida Falcon Cove Middle School student was arrested on Friday night due to a threat to public safety. According to police reports, a 12-year-old girl whose name was not disclosed posted on Snapchat a list of her classmates whom she intended to kill.
According to official information, alarmed parents and their children reported to the police, some of whom were on the list. The girl is charged with death threats.
Later, before the arrest, another post was published in which "indicated the students were not safe and that they would be killed on Monday," the sheriff's office said, according to CNN.
As of today, the girl has confessed to a false threat and continues to be held in the Juvenile Assessment Center.
