The U.S. Counties create armed militia to repel the iniquity of the Democrats
In the United States, the confrontation between supporters and opponents of the free possession of weapons, guaranteed by the second amendment, is growing. A number of counties pass the bylaws that rely on the second amendment, which in one way or another enshrine the right of citizens to own the firearms.
The second amendment was passed in 1789 and came into force two years after, entering the famous bill of rights. It reads: “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”.
Militia in its original meaning has nothing to do with the modern USA law enforcement. These were the local law enforcement forces that individual counties and States relied on in the War for Independence, and then in an attempt to limit the arbitrariness of the nascent Federal authorities at the time of the formation of the United States.
Today the part of its functions are on the National Guard of the US and local sheriffs. But in general the classic American militia on a permanent basic, of which the second amendment speaks, has not been existing for a long time.
Traditionally, the supporters of oppressive gun control agenda are the Democrats, meanwhile the Republicans usually support the second amendment in its interpretation closest to the original.
After the recent increased in frequency mass murders, including shootings at schools and Universities, the Democrats demand the most tightening of arm possession, sale and bearing. And trying to resist this kind of limiting initiatives, the second amendment supporters suddenly used the collective “approach” against the Democrats themselves, eulogizing the argument of a “well-regulated Militia”.
The local Democrats stood out especially in Virginia when decided to put the cart before the Federal horse and at the first session of 2020 introduced the bill under the working stamp SB64.
In the view of the second amendment supporters this bill will immediately “transform all martial arts instructors into criminal felons”, as it criminalizes all firearms training classes, including concealed carry classes.
However, the new law that the Virginia Democrats want to pass doesn’t offer reasonable protection against maniacs and killers who hide the arms under their clothes. In the experts’ view, the new initiative will even “criminalize a father teaching his own son to use the hunting rifle” and will become the first “brick” in the defense wall of Democrats against the firearms.
December 3, Tazewell County, Virginia, took the injunctive relief proclaiming its territory “the second amendment sanctuary” by making a ban on restricting the second amendment based on the original reading of a “well-regulated militia".
Eric Young, County Administrator, clarified in his comment why the lawmakers opted for the Militia in order to protect themselves from new unconstitutional laws:
“Our position is that Article I, Section 13, of the Constitution of Virginia reserves the right to ‘order’ militia to the localities. Therefore, counties, not the state, determine what types of arms may be carried in their territory and by whom. So, we are ‘ordering’ the militia by making sure everyone can own a weapon.”
Thus, if anyone from the state tries to remove the Sheriff from their elected office because they refuse to enforce unjust laws, those state officials will be faced with a lawful militia composed of citizens within the state.
Alongside this, they’ve called for schools to adopt firearms safety training programs.
Tazewell resolution sets the dangerous precedent for the United Sates. In fact, the Democrats were offered to fight the Constitution openly, by the direct denial and abolition of the second amendment.
A month ago, November 9, Democrat Michael Bloomberg officially announced that he is going to compete Donald Trump in 2020 elections. Bloomberg has been a gun control advocate since 2014. In case he wins the elections and becomes the next President, Democrats’ anti-gun efforts in Congress and in some States will be definitely given a green light.
However, Tazewell County’s decision shows: gun owners and second amendment supporters are not going to give up and will continue to fight back against Democrats. They will defend their freedoms in any legal way, including a "well-organized militia."
