New York police arrested a man, who tried to kidnap a woman on the Bronx subway. The incident was caught on camera by another passenger.

Police say they detained and charged 48-year-old Sonny Alloway with unlawful imprisonment after the video was published and became viral.

The incident happened at about 2:45 a.m. The viral video shows a man dressed in red sitting across from the woman who appears to be trying to get her attention. At one point, before the train leaves the station, the man in red grabs the woman and exits the car.

The woman appears to fight back and the man is confronted by other passengers, the report said.

Here is the video of this man being beaten in what is called "street justice" by a group of young men. One of them can be heard constantly repeating "Call the police" to detain the man. There is no information how short prior to the arrest this video was made.
