20-year-old Spencer Boston turned the hearing on Monday into a real rally for legalizing marijuana. Being accused of a soft drugs possession case, the man managed to smuggle the joint into the courthouse in Wilson County, Tennessee, by and smoke in surround by bailiffs and a judge.

According to court documents, prior to charges of possession of drugs, Boston included in his "credentials" the contempt of court.

At one point, the premises turned into a mess, Spencer Boston decided to convey his views on life and the judicial system to the court in an extremely radical way. The video received by CNN shows how a man takes a joint out of his pocket and calmly lights it. The court enforcement officers did not immediately understand what had happened, but other people burst out laughing.

Judge Haywood Barry ordered Boston to be removed from the court immediately.

"The people deserve better!" Boston said when the bailiffs were already taking him out.

Now the rebel is obliged to spend 10 days behind bars for contempt of court. The next meeting will be held on April 14th.
