After the public literally reared up and promised to report the abuse of children to the police, Alexander realized that it was necessary to act quickly and to “hush up” the scandal.

Lori Alexander published a video on YouTube, in which, she said that she does not always realize that she writes and sometimes mistakes occur.

It is “misspoke” that is what happened in the message on the “4-hour spanking of children.”

At the end of the video, it becomes clear that Alexander does not deny her statements, this video should stop the endless stream of accusations against a religious family which abusing own children.

“...if you asked any of our children if they were abused, they would say not in any way, because we loved our children. We’re not abusive. We’re not mean. We’re not mean or unkind parents in any way. We believe in God. We believe that His ways work, and spanking has been around for generations and generations. It’s legal in every single state. And for a reason: It works!” Alexander continues. “I just wanted to clear that up. We’re not abusive parents. We loved our children deeply. We wanted the best for them. We wanted them to grow up to be disciplined adults.”

Thus, the religious blogger simply does not like criticism of her methods of education, and she does not intend to stop beating the children.

The video is intended to convince society that punishing disobedience by means of beating is good and “it works.”

In her video, the woman also did not give the floor to her children, who were supposed to be disciplined and thankful for being raised in fear.
