NYPD officers demonstrate brutal methods of detaining people who violate social distance: VIDEO

Several police officers out of uniform, without masks and gloves, brutally beat a person on the street for violating social distance, using a stun gun.
This video caused outrage not only among ordinary residents, but also among city officials. According to the mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio, the officer who beat the man was placed on modified duty.
The authorities also reported that on that day several police units were sent to the area to disperse the crowd, which violated the order banning mass gatherings.
To date, it is known that two men were detained during the operation. Police have not yet revealed the name of the man who was beaten by an officer. According to official information, one of the detainees was 33-year-old Donni Wright, who will be charged with assault on a police officer, menacing, resisting arrest and other crimes, reports NBC News.
Amid racial bias against the black population in New York, the mayor announced the start of an internal investigation against the officer, whose name was not disclosed.
City Council member Carlina Rivera also demanded an investigation into "excessive force.»
I’ve contacted NYPD. We have demanded an investigation for excessive force. Regardless of what transpired before the video, what is the justification for the rage? Where's the professionalism and de-escalation tactics we should expect? We will hold these officers accountable. https://t.co/C7js7wl62D
