A human shield of the Portland mothers divided violent protesters and feds
For more than half a hundred days, violent protests have continued in Portland. And when the pivotal point was reached, local moms took to the streets to stop the riots.
In recent days, several administrative buildings have been burned down, and the government has responded by deploying combat troops of federal agents to suppress riots. Several videos show soldiers firing rubber bullets at wild BLM activists and firing tear gas projectiles.

With all this, both conflicting parties are to blame for what is happening. Leaders of Black Lives Matter explicitly urge to leave the peaceful processions and go to violence. Trump is going to retain power in Portland and introduces federal agents who patrol the streets in unmarked cars and kidnap protesters for further interrogation or arrest.
Video from the scene shows about 400 women are chanting, “Feds stay clear! Moms are here!” at the federal courthouse.

With their human shield, women try to end violent clashes between police and protesters. The courthouse was surrounded by a fence and anyone who approached it received a dose of tear gas.
Video author, Preschool teacher Lindsey Smith reports that arrests are still ongoing.

If you’re ~new~ here, touching fences has resulted in tear gas, shooting, arrests, and more from police, both federal and local, over the past month and a half. pic.twitter.com/0SxM3Eri8A
