VIDEO: Oregon sheriff's deputy filmed instructing militia men how to get away with a murder amid wildfires
An Oregon sheriff’s deputy has been placed on administrative leave after video appeared showing him instructing militia members how to get away with a murder using wildfires raging in the region.
The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office placed deputy Mark Nikolai on an administrative leave after the video posted on September 11 appeared. The video shows a man identifying himself as a sheriff’s deputy telling the armed militia members how to use lethal force and not to get any criminal charges.
“Don’t get yourself in a situation where you lose your rights because you pushed the limit. You all mean to do good, your hearts in the right place, but the courts nowadays don’t give a sh*t where your heart is,” the deputy in the video said. “Be advised, there are homeowners who have been prosecuted for murder because they killed some guy who was on their property. You have to prove serious physical injury or death. Now, if you throw a f*cking knife in their hand after you shoot them, that’s on you.”
There is one more video showing the same deputy claiming that “Antifa” members are behind the wildfires that are currently raging the West Coast. After Nikolai was suspended from the service the Facebook page supporting the deputy was created. However, the sheriff’s office officials then denied any connection to this Facebook page.
“We as a community want him put back to work. Share this page, if it gets enough attention, maybe Sheriff Craig Roberts will listen to the Clackamas Community,” the page created on September 12 says.
