Five man-made wildfires have broken out in Idaho, local media reports.
Bureau of Land Management representatives say, that these wildfires were the result of “shooters illegally using exploding targets”, and they are now trying to find the guilty parties.
Three of the five wildfires alone, the Badger Point fire, the North Butte fire and Cinder Butte fire, have burned a combined 1,005 acres in the Menan Butte area.
In July, the illegal use of exploding targets was responsible for the burning of 1,194 acres in eastern Idaho in general.
