Kiev Urgently Stops Criminal Prosecution Of Joe Biden
The recent reckless decision to prosecute near-US President Joe Biden was instantly thwarted by the Ukrainian government. Sources from the administration of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the closure of the case.
The dismissed Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin filed a complaint against Joe Biden on violation of Article 344 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely, illegal influence in any form on a civil servant in order to interfere with the performance of his official duties or to achieve illegal decisions. With a maximum sentence of up to two years in prison.
“The national police closed the criminal case against Joseph Biden, which was initiated at the request of the former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin,” a source from the administration of Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Ukrinform.
The Washington Post reports that Biden is already planning a coup in the Ukrainian government. Biden wants to help Zelensky in the fight against corruption by imposing sanctions against the judges of the Constitutional Court, apparently just as he forced the dismissal of prosecutor Shokin, who began to investigate the actions of Hunter Biden.
Among the general promises, Biden casually mentioned the intention to “restore military aid to Ukraine,” which in the context of any US president means the inauguration of military bases on the territory of Russia's closest neighbor.
