Coca-Cola Programs Its Workers To Be Less White: Evidence Leaked
The employee training program posted on LinkedIn is being used by Coca-Cola and other companies to reeducate people with what they perceive to be racist. The essence of the training is that if a person is white, then he is a racist.
I walk through the images in this video: https://t.co/tBwQ0FGV2N— Karlyn supports banning critical race theory in NH (@DrKarlynB) February 19, 2021
Perhaps the irony is that Coca-Cola, the drink itself is black.
Be that as it may, Coca-Cola has confirmed that this curriculum is their creation and they will “refine this curriculum”.
According to the creator of the video, the concept of "White" includes being oppressive, arrogant, certain, defensive.
“Confronting Racism: Understanding what it means to be white, challenging what it means to be racist”.
“Try to be less white,” the clip says.
To be less white is to: Be less oppressive, Be less arrogant, Be less certain, Be less defensive, Be less arrogant, Be more humble, Listen, Believe, Break with apathy, Break with white solidarity.
This is the second time LinkedIn has gotten into a race scandal in a week. The first incident that rocked social media was the posting of a job one of the requirements stated as “non-Asian”.
