The U.S. State Office of Public Prosecutor has entered into collision with representatives of the federal judicial system so Robert Mueller would remain in the office as the special prosecutor, who is expected to undergo trial procedure in the case of his illegal appointment to the post August 3, 2018. The source in the U.S. State Office of Public Prosecutor has reported about it to the USA Really news agency.

According to the interlocutor of the agency the conspiracy has been detected between the State Office of the Public Prosecutor and one of the judges, Howell, so to level down the petition of the lawyers of Concord Management and Consulting (who have actually found out Mueller took the position illegally).

Therefore, the duplicating petition to sublimated case which was considered quickly in other court behind closed doors has been submitted.

"After fast consideration of this duplicating petition, the judge behind closed doors has taken out negative solution on July 31. After that judge Howell was forced to use this case as a precedent during the upcoming court session on “Concord” issue, August 3, 2018” — the source has told the agency.

The petition has also been considered in the accelerated mode as the agreement with one of the U.S. Deputy Attorney-Generals was reached.

"They’ve had a phone talk with the judge, so the consideration of the petition went really fast and with the result Mueller needed” — the source has assured.

Meanwhile, due to the similar actions of the State Office of the Public Prosecutor, judge Amy Jackson, who is in charge of the “Concord” issue — has gotten into difficulties.

According to U.S. law, she has to recognize the illegality of Mueller’s appointment as the special prosecutor with high probability, but now, she has to choose between the violation of existing legislative norms (which she has pledged to obey) and the principles of the uniformity of jurisprudence and case law, which will be manipulated tomorrow dexterously by the special prosecutor's representatives.
