Breaking: New Video Shows Cold-Blooded Murder Of Tyrell Wilson By Police Officer
A video leaked a few hours ago on social media shows that Officer Andrew Hall is not trying to de-escalate the conflict with homeless and mentally ill Tyrell Wilson.
The recording shows that despite the background of the conflict, Wilson does not provoke the officer to violence. The suspect just stands a few seconds before the shot is captured on the video.
The incident took place on March 11 in Danville. 7 days later, Wilson was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The conflict arose over Wilson throwing stones at passing cars on Interstate 680 from the Sycamore Valley Road overpass.
Officer Hall indicated in his testimony that the suspect had drawn a knife and was behaving aggressively.
"The officer ordered him to drop the knife several times," the sheriff's office said in a statement. "(Wilson) then advanced toward the officer, who discharged his weapon, striking the subject once."
It is reported that Wilson lay for 25 minutes and the officer made no effort to rescue the man.
