California officials announced a $110,000 reward for the help in investigation of slaying of a 16-year-old girl, whose body was found dumped on a freeway this month.
16-year-old Tioni Theus, who is believed to be a victim of human trafficking, was found dead on January 8 on a southbound on-ramp on Interstate 10 in Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol said.
