Several hours before the Chiefs’ divisional playoff game, when much of the city was plastered in a thick coating of snow, offensive lineman Jeff Allen, 29, was stranded in the snow and needed help. His car got stuck in a snowdrift, and he was having a difficult time getting it out.
Although crews worked tirelessly to clear the roads to Arrowhead Stadium, there were still major challenges.
