The Yale New Haven Health System made 94 people unemployed because of the vaccine mandate, or rather because these people refused to get vaccinated. As recently as last week, the number of those preparing for dismissal was 225.
The total number of employees in the system exceeds 28 thousand people. At least 700 workers were allowed not to get vaccinated because of their religion, and another 131 are awaiting layoffs.
